Placements24 is seeking a highly accomplished Remote Executive Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, VP and Director roles across multiple industries, sourcing top executives worldwide from a fully remote setup.

You will build strong networks, assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, and negotiate complex offers. A track record of placing senior leaders and excellent communication are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust network of executive talent within key industries.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and talent requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the search process.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports for clients.
• Negotiate complex compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptances.
• Stay current with executive recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different time zones in a fully remote setting.

Requirements

• Significant experience in executive search, either within an agency or in-house executive recruitment function.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior leadership roles.
• Exceptional networking, research, and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of various industries and functional areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex search assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency with executive search databases, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized to excel in a remote work environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively across different time zones.
