Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will lead talent strategies, build pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, across geographies, with a focus on quality and speed.

The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS. You will influence hiring managers remotely and help shape a high-performing, globally distributed workforce.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
• Proven success in managing complex, high-volume recruitment processes, preferably in a consultancy or agency.

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs for our client’s portfolio.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates through digital channels and platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and guide the selection process.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
• Proven success in managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a strong understanding of modern recruitment technologies and platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment techniques, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, suitable for a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
