About the Role

This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to design and manage bespoke events for a discerning clientele from anywhere. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of sophisticated events, including weddings, corporate retreats, and private functions, ensuring seamless coordination and unparalleled guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury event management, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service, supporting events that might take place across various locations including East London, Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of luxury event planning, from conceptualization and budget development to vendor selection and on-site execution (if required). Liaise closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and objectives for each event. Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of high-end vendors, including caterers, florists, entertainers, and venues. Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and floor plans. Oversee event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters. Ensure all event elements meet the highest standards of luxury and quality expected by the clientele. Provide exceptional client service, offering guidance and support throughout the planning process. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during event planning or execution. Stay current with luxury event trends, innovative ideas, and emerging suppliers. Coordinate with venue staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event flow.

Requirements
