Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will liaunt with clients to understand their vision, design bespoke catering packages, coordinate logistics with vendors, and ensure flawless delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and expert planning, contributing significantly to the company's reputation for excellence in event catering.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define event objectives, themes, and detailed catering requirements.
• Develop customized menus and beverage selections, collaborating with culinary teams and vendors.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with catering suppliers, venues, and other event service providers.
• Create detailed event timelines and run sheets, ensuring all logistical aspects are coordinated seamlessly.
