Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Manager for a leading diversified financial services group. The role is fully remote, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks across the organization.

You will develop and implement robust ERM policies, report risk profiles to senior leadership and the board, and promote a risk-aware culture while collaborating with internal audit and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, business admin, risk management, or related field.
• CRISC, FRM or PRM certifications are highly valued.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management or related field within financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, control design and mitigation planning.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM).
• Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks facing the organization.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and monitor risk exposures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and control testing.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance functions to ensure integrated risk management.
• Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in risk management.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management matters.
