Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, Basel regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
