Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Risk Manager to spearhead risk management for a Banking & Finance operation in a fully remote capacity. You will develop enterprise risk frameworks, identify threats, and design mitigation strategies while guiding a team of risk professionals and partnering with stakeholders to foster a risk-aware culture.

The role requires a Master's degree and 10+ years in risk management, with ERM expertise, risk appetite statements, and strong data analytics

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in risk management with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in ERM frameworks and risk appetite statements.
• Strong understanding of credit, market, operational, liquidity risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
• Identify, assess and prioritize key risks across credit, market, operational and compliance areas.
• Design and oversee risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts and specialists.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and the board.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
