Placements24 is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join a leading insurance provider in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, developing risk frameworks, and delivering strategic insights to senior management from anywhere.

You will drive enterprise risk management, monitor KRIs, and collaborate across departments while mentoring teams on risk awareness. A strong background in financial services and FRM/PRM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk analysis within financial services or insurance.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical modeling.
• Experience with risk management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Pro certifications such as FRM or PRM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management framework.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments and analyze potential impacts on operations and finances.
• Monitor and report on KRIs and emerging risk trends.
• Collaborate with departments to embed risk management best practices.
• Develop and deliver training on risk awareness and management for staff.
• Advise senior leadership on risk mitigation and compliance requirements.
