Placements24 is seeking a strategic Risk Manager for our Polokwane insurance division. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect the company’s operations and financial stability.

You will develop robust risk frameworks and collaborate with multiple departments in a hybrid work setting. You will lead the ERM program, produce board-ready risk reports, and drive a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and COSO framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with South African insurance regulations.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
