Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years in design, engineering, or deployment of energy storage systems.
- Strong understanding of battery chemistries, power electronics, and grid integration.
- Experience with EMS and SCADA integration for storage projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Design and specify energy storage systems (BESS) for grid-scale, commercial, and industrial.
- Evaluate and select energy storage technologies, manufacturers, and components.
- Develop technical specifications, performance models, and integration plans.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of energy storage systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements for storage systems.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external partners.
