Job summary

United Smart Tech is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers dealing with water or fire damage. You will handle inbound calls, gather incident details, document accurately, and warm-transfer context to the appropriate internal team.

In this fast-paced role, you must stay calm, be highly accurate in data entry across CRM/ERP systems, and work well with multiple tools including PSA, Trello, and Aircall/RingCentral.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• High attention to detail in data entry and multi-step workflows.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history.
• Comfortable using VoIP and multiple tools simultaneously.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Teams and Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Able to learn PSA / Proven Jobs, Trello, and Aircall/RingCentral quickly.
• Fast learner with strong data-entry focus.
• Friendly, professional phone manner; technical skills prioritized.
• Availability 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Communicate calmly and professionally with distressed customers.
• Collect and record key details (contact info, location, damage type, severity).
• Input data into CRM/ERP in real time with double/triple entry as required.
• Warm transfer calls with complete context to the appropriate department.
• Follow scripts, workflows, and call-handling procedures.
• Navigate multiple software systems while on live calls.
