Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in EHS compliance, preferably with remote or distributed teams.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly online.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for EHS management, reporting, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies for remote workforce.
• Conduct remote risk assessments and identify hazards specific to remote work environments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations and standards.
• Create and deliver online EHS training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Manage the EHS incident reporting and investigation process, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Advise senior management on EHS matters and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation using digital systems.
