Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Years Program Coordinator to manage online early learning programs and support families virtually. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and communication between educators, families, and administration to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, 4+ years in program coordination, and proficiency with LMS and digital learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in education/childcare.
• Experience with online platforms, LMS, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of remote early years programs.
• Manage program schedules including educator availability and parent sessions.
• Facilitate communication between program staff, families, and management.
• Maintain records of student participation, progress, and activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing program policies and procedures.
• Ensure activities align with early childhood education best practices and outcomes.
• Manage digital learning materials and communication platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve remote environment issues.
• Support educators with resources for online teaching.
• Gather feedback from families and educators to inform improvements.
