Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Virtual Child Development Specialist to lead remote early learning programs. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging online content for children aged 0-5 and their families, using digital tools to support developmental milestones and family learning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver live and recorded sessions, monitor progress, and stay current with research in remote early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, with curriculum development and delivery.
• Experience with digital platforms and technologies for remote instruction.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills online.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience in early intervention or special needs education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate high-quality, age-appropriate virtual learning materials and activities.
• Deliver live and pre-recorded online educational sessions to children.
• Provide virtual guidance and support to parents on child development strategies and learning at home.
• Assess and monitor children's developmental progress through digital observation and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the virtual curriculum and platform.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in remote early childhood education.
