Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years in early childhood education; at least 2 years in curriculum or online learning.
• Experience designing and managing digital learning content for young children.
• Strong understanding of child development theories in digital environments.
• Proficiency with LMS and content creation software.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate digital content for ages 3-6.
• Coordinate with curriculum specialists for accuracy and developmentally appropriate material.
• Manage the content calendar and production pipeline for new modules.
• Research and integrate EdTech tools to enhance the online learning experience.
• Train online facilitators and community managers.
• Monitor user engagement and gather feedback for improvements.
