Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Early Childhood Program Manager to lead and scale our online childcare solutions from Sandton. You will own the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of all online early learning programs, managing a distributed team and reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires a Master's degree, 10+ years in early childhood education with 5+ in leadership, and a proven track record in online program delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience leading online or remote education programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for all online early childhood education programs.
• Manage a remote team of educators, curriculum developers, and support staff.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate digital learning content.
• Ensure program compliance with educational standards, licensing requirements, and best practices in online learning.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.
