Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Early Learning Program Coordinator to support families and educators across South Africa. You will develop, manage, and deliver early learning programs through digital platforms, coordinating curriculum and online workshops for parents and educators.

The role emphasizes remote operation, nationwide impact, and collaboration with content developers and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of educational resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in program coordination, curriculum development, and educational outreach, preferably remote.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult education principles and virtual facilitation techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with various virtual collaboration and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of remote early learning programs and resources.
• Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for parents, caregivers, and educators.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation for digital delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content developers and technical support, to ensure seamless program delivery.
