Job summary

Placements24 in South Africa seeks an efficient Early Learning Program Coordinator to lead and refine early childhood programs in the Nelspruit region, with a significant remote component. You will oversee program design, implementation, and evaluation, while coordinating resources and staff across on-site and remote teams.

The role requires a Master’s in Early Childhood Education or related field and at least five years of leadership in early childhood programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in early childhood program management.
• Proven track record in curriculum development, staff training, and program evaluation.
• Strong understanding of early learning frameworks and child development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with remote team management and virtual program oversight is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate high-quality early learning programs and curricula.
• Provide leadership and professional development support to program staff.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders.
