Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Childcare Program Coordinator to manage and enhance online childcare services. You will oversee curriculum, coordinate remote educators, and support parent engagement from anywhere.

The role emphasizes leadership, written and verbal communication, and proficiency with digital learning platforms to ensure high-quality early childhood education remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in childcare program management or administration, with a focus on virtual or online operations.
• Proven leadership and remote team coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with curriculum development and quality assurance in education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of virtual curricula.
• Coordinate remote childcare educators and support staff.
• Manage parent communication platforms and disseminate program information.
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures for online delivery.
• Monitor program quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Track program milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
