Placements24 is seeking a Virtual Early Childhood Program Manager to lead strategic development and operations of online early learning initiatives. This 100% remote role focuses on curriculum design, educator management, and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences for children.

You will supervise a distributed team, ensure standards compliance, and drive innovation in digital pedagogy and technology integration, while analyzing data to report on KPIs and engaging with parents

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in early childhood education with program management and curriculum development.
• Experience managing remote teams and online learning programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with LMS.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership.
• Passion for innovative educational approaches and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive virtual early childhood curriculum.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate a distributed team of online educators and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and best practices for online learning environments.
