Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Years Program Coordinator to manage and enhance our early childhood initiatives from anywhere in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You will oversee curriculum development, teacher training, and quality assurance of remote programs, guiding implementation through virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership.
• At least 5+ years managing early childhood programs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the curriculum framework for early years programs.
• Provide virtual training, coaching, and ongoing support to educators.
• Conduct remote QA assessments of program delivery and child engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
• Analyze program data to identify improvements and develop action plans.
• Manage resources and coordinate activities for remote programs.
