Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in curriculum design, program development, and educational coordination, preferably in an online setting.
• Proven ability to develop engaging digital content and facilitate virtual learning experiences.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of early childhood pedagogy and developmental psychology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and educational resources for online early childhood programs.
