Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for service improvements.
