Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join a growing virtual team. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information with professionalism.

You will be the first point of contact, resolve issues, document interactions in the CRM, and strive to meet customer service metrics while supporting clients in Centurion and beyond from home.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role, preferably remote.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, concise tone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy and patience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
