Placements24 is seeking an experienced and engaging Remote Social Media & Community Manager to cultivate and grow their client’s online community. This fully remote role focuses on building brand advocacy, managing conversations, and driving engagement across social platforms for an e-commerce brand.

You will develop social strategies, create compelling content, monitor discussions, and interact with customers and followers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager with a strong campaign portfolio.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a creative flair.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Create, curate, and publish content across channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, foster a positive community environment.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights and trends to inform strategy.
• Manage online reputation and address feedback as needed.
