Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce performance marketing and paid media management.
• Proven track record managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
• In‑depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce metrics and customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets to align spend with targets.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and e‑commerce ads.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad copy and visuals.
• Provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for opportunities.
