Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROAS. You will manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other channels, with a data-driven approach and global team collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in performance marketing within e-commerce, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, etc.).
• Manage campaign budgets to meet ROAS, CPA, CVR targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting.
• Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets with design/content teams.
• Monitor performance daily and identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze website traffic and conversions using Google Analytics to understand behavior.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
