Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team in Midrand, Gauteng. The role focuses on paid digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue through ROAS optimization.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, analyze data, run A/B tests, and report insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related quantitative field is required.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid social and PPC.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and optimize ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets with optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand messaging and objectives.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and testing across channels or formats.
• Oversee keyword research and bid management for search campaigns.
