Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager for a fully remote role supporting Soweto and beyond. You will lead online campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and affiliates to boost sales and brand visibility.

You will drive strategy, manage budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver measurable growth in a flexible, results‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with an e-commerce focus.
• Proven success in SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and budget management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for the e-commerce platform.
• Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns.
• Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
