The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of analytics, and the ability to manage paid and organic strategies. Fully remote with flexible scheduling and a focus on performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in social media management with e-commerce growth.
• Proven ability to develop and execute both organic and paid social strategies.
• Strong knowledge of social analytics, KPIs, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent leadership and remote collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
