Job summary

Placements24 is hiring an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee online business operations from a fully remote capacity. You will manage website maintenance, order processing, inventory control, and customer service excellence, driving profitability and operational efficiency for a leading online retailer.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce operations, strong OMS/WMS knowledge, and a proven ability to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
Strong understanding of OMS and WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily e-commerce operations including website maintenance, order processing, and customer support.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience with technical teams.
Analyze order fulfillment times, return rates, and customer satisfaction to identify improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
