Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels. The role centers on maximizing ROAS while controlling CPA/CPL in an entirely remote setup.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of e-commerce performance marketing experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 4+ years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce.
• Proven ROI-focused campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and remote-work skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus.
