Placements24 is seeking a talented and driven Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to drive measurable growth and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate is data-obsessed with strong analytical skills, comfortable managing budgets, and experienced with Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and optimize to meet targets.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Perform keyword research and audience segmentation for targeting.
• Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels efficiently.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative to develop ad copy and visuals.
• Stay updated with latest trends in SEM and paid social.
• Utilize tracking tools to measure and report campaign success.
