Placements24 in Upington is seeking an efficient E-commerce Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist to manage all aspects of order fulfillment and logistics for online operations.

You will work with warehouse staff, carriers, and inventory systems to optimize the supply chain, ensure accuracy, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Knowledge of WMS and strong inventory control skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce logistics or warehouse operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control best practices.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and cost optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and system reconciliations.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Implement and improve fulfillment processes to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers if applicable.
