In this fully remote role, you will oversee end-to-end fulfillment, coordinate with inventory and 3PL partners, and drive efficiency and accuracy across the order lifecycle from home. A strong logistics background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics.
• Experience with OMS and WMS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain or business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of shipping carriers, rates, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing relationships with 3PL providers is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
