Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Conversion Rate Optimizer to join its e-commerce team. This fully remote role focuses on removing friction in the customer journey and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.

The candidate will lead A/B and multivariate testing, leverage tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely, and collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversions and AOV.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of website user behavior to identify drop-off points and improvement areas in the conversion funnel.
Develop and execute comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize design, UX, and CTAs.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) to gather insights and inform testing hypotheses.
Design and implement landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates for campaigns.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing to implement changes and ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor KPIs related to conversion rates, AOV, and cart abandonment; report progress and results.
Stay updated on CRO trends and best practices to drive revenue growth.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer journey and online revenue.
