Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Driver Recruiter to source and hire qualified drivers for expanding transportation operations. From a remote location, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to extending offers, leveraging ATS and online platforms to build a diverse driver pipeline.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in transportation recruiting, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter in transportation or logistics.
• Successful full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and placement.
• Knowledge of driver requirements (licenses, PDPs, medicals).

Responsabilités

• Source, screen and interview candidates for driving roles, remotely.
• Develop and implement driver recruitment strategies.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline via multiple channels.
• Manage offers, background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate records and track progress in ATS.
