Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation/logistics experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale transportation operations.
• Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all transportation operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet optimization, network design, and service delivery.
• Oversee selection, negotiation, and management of third-party carriers and logistics providers.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage a remote team of dispatchers, planners, and coordinators.
