Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Hospitality Recruiter to source and attract top talent for hospitality and tourism roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from needs analysis with hiring managers to onboarding successful hires, all from a home-based setup.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in hospitality recruitment, strong ATS skills, and excellent communication. You will build a robust talent pipeline and partner with leading brands in the sector to fill roles

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to gauge candidate suitability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hospitality roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
