Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Dispatch Operations Specialist to manage a national fleet across South Africa. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating dispatch activities, communicating with drivers, optimizing routes, and resolving issues in real time.

You will use dispatch software and GPS tools, maintain records, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with warehouses and support teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch operations, fleet coordination, or related logistics role.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating daily dispatch activities.

• Strong understanding of SA road networks and transportation regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
