Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Delivery Operations Coordinator to oversee daily dispatch and optimize delivery operations for drivers in Mahikeng and beyond. This fully remote role requires strong logistics expertise and the ability to troubleshoot in real-time from a virtual command center.

You will monitor driver progress, manage schedules, and maintain performance records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or dispatch operations.
• Proficient with dispatch software and GPS tracking.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules for a fleet of drivers in the Mahikeng area.
• Use dispatch software and tracking systems to monitor driver progress and on-time deliveries.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as delays or customer issues, and inform drivers/management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for drivers needing support during shifts.
• Maintain records of deliveries, driver performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other operational teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
