Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in delivery operations management, logistics, or related field.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of a remote team of delivery drivers.

• Manage customer relationships and address service issues to enhance satisfaction.
