Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Logistics Dispatcher to manage delivery operations from a distance. You will assign tasks to drivers, optimize routes, monitor shipments, and maintain continuous operations across the Western Cape and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a logistics dispatcher or in a similar coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of the Western Cape geography is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers based on route plans and client needs.
• Monitor driver progress and vehicle status using GPS and fleet software.
• Respond to dispatch calls and resolve issues in real time.
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and partners.
