Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead transportation and delivery operations across the North West Province, with Mahikeng as the base. You will oversee drivers, fleet, and performance to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery management or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the daily operations of the delivery fleet, including scheduling and routing.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor fleet performance and coordinate vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations for drivers and vehicles.
• Analyze delivery performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
