Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO teams, owning channel strategy and department delivery. You will oversee a PPC strategist and an SEO strategist, guiding audits, reporting, and client communication while shaping growth and budget allocation as accounts scale.

This management role requires hands-on leadership, deep cross-channel knowledge, and the ability to present credible plans to clients and sales.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and teams.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Proven ability to diagnose and improve underperforming accounts.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards and audits for work leaving the agency.
• Ensure accurate reporting and GA4 attribution.
• Lead hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
• Be the client-facing owner when an account underperforms.
