You will own client-facing communications, ensure reporting integrity, and drive department results. This is a management seat focused on strategy, not hands-on campaign execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience supervising strategists or specialists.
• Comfortable with client-facing ownership.
• Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards and audits for the department.
• Oversee client results and reporting accuracy.
• Lead hiring and conduct first-round interviews.
• Handle escalations when accounts underperform.
• Represent department to sales with credible delivery promises.
