Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead the PPC and SEO functions. This management role oversees the PPC and SEO strategists, owning channel strategy, audits, reporting standards and client outcomes. You will set the quality bar, guide budget decisions and drive department delivery.

You will not personally build campaigns; your focus is strategy, client communications and hiring. Experience in an agency setting and strong leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.

Responsabilidades

• Own PPC and SEO leadership across the accounts.
• Define quality bar and audits for work and reporting.
• Ensure client results and reporting honesty.
• Lead escalations when an account is at risk and direct the strategist to fix.
• Form channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Articulate deliverables to sales teams before they are sold.
• Lead hiring and conduct first-round interviews for the department.
