You will apply strategic planning, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and report progress to executives. Ideal candidates have a Master's, 10+ years in PM with 5+ in digital transformation, and a proven track record delivering complex remote projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 10+ years in project management, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale digital projects in a fully remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for initiatives involving software, platforms, and digital processes.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication within globally distributed, remote teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to technology adoption and change management.
• Drive the implementation of new digital tools and workflows, ensuring user adoption and impact measurement.
• Regularly report on project progress, key milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership.
