Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager specializing in digital transformation. The role is remote with base in Gauteng, focusing on modernizing technology and processes across virtual teams.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in PM for technology projects, strong cloud/SDLC knowledge, and experience with Agile or Hybrid methods. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder updates while ensuring user adoption of new digital solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or technology projects.
Proven track record leading remote teams and projects effectively.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud computing, and SDLC.
Experience with Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of digital transformation projects, from conception to deployment.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for digital initiatives.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project team members.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, transparent updates on project progress and potential risks.
Oversee the implementation of new digital solutions and ensure successful user adoption.
