Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives on a remote-first basis. You will guide cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles, emphasizing Agile delivery and strong stakeholder communication.

The role demands 7+ years in PM with SDLC expertise and a track record of delivering complex software projects in distributed environments. Remote work across time zones is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation or software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication with remote, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from concept to post-implementation support.
• Create detailed project plans with scope, resources, budget, and timelines using Agile methods.
• Facilitate execution, monitor risks, and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with remote teams including developers, UX designers, data analysts, and stakeholders.
• Run and optimize Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project budgets and financial accountability for assigned initiatives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing PM process improvements across the organization.
• Drive user adoption and successful rollout of digital solutions.
